Social Beauty offers studios to certified, licensed, and insured Beauty and Wellness professionals only.
INDEPENDENCE! A space to showcase your personal brand and style. The ability to set your own schedule, your own pricing and keep your hard-earned income. A far easier start up than traditional ownership and without the salon drama!
Select from single and double (share with a fellow stylist) tenant studios ranging from 90 to 170+ Sq Feet. We offer Single studio, Premium Single studio, and Double studio options including beautiful views from many of our studios.
Stylist/Barber studios will include a backwash (sink/chair) station. All other studios will include a stainless-steel sink and cabinet. We made sure to comply with Alberta Health Services standards.
Your Lease will require a 1-month deposit. Weekly rental fees begin when you take possession of your new studio. Studio rentals are based on size and start around $350/week for single tenant studios and $625/week for double tenant studios.
All utilities, secure WIFI, access to our onsite facilities (laundry, kitchen,etc.), website/onsite tenant listing, online booking system and your studio’s hallway business signage.
Unlike renting an entire commercial space, which is typically a 5-year term minimum, the term at Social Beauty Studios is set for a 12-month period.
